London and the value of being a geek.

Hello. This is going to be very short. Before I begin I am not even going to do my own challenge, just because I can't be bothered. By the way, superfluous means over the top basically, but I'm not 100% certain that's how you spell it.
This week..
hmm.. Wow, for some reason, (because I have a freaky memory) I can memorise a deck of cards in about 5 minutes, but I can't even remeber what I did this week. I hope to God it's because I'm tired, otherwise I have senile dementure.. dementure, dementia, however you spell it (I can't even remeber spellings xD). Anyway, there was something that happened, well obviously; You remember.. I'll choose another word.... you know when I kept on talking about law and stuff every single week, and I never spoke about anything else (As if you could forget), well, It actually came to use sooner than I expected. Basically, some chavs were shouting stuff about my lovely curly hair, obviously not knowing that they were insulting a geek, who's geekyness was his strength in situations like this. They used they're clearly impecible, infallible, astonoshing, imagination, and geniously arrived at the name 'curly-wurly', which was.. I think.. an attack at my hair. In case you don't have it where you are, a curly wurly is a chocolate bar we have here (Btw, If you do know what one is, I don't want to sound patronising). There was a group of about 8 of them, similar age to me- some a little older and some a little younger. I knew a few of them for some reasons, I think one of them was called Latex or Laton or something and then the other three go to a school near me, One of them easily recognisable by his size, as he squeezed his way out of the chip shop to join into a chant about chocolate aimed at offending my hair, no joke.. crazy, huh? Anyway, knowing the law, I bravely (or at least tried to appear so) approached them and suggested that they stop chanting. Of course, I was outnumbered approximatley 1000-1 (well strictley speaking about 8 to 1) But I knew something which meant if they did do anything, it would only help me. That is when I put on my most intelligent and smug sounding, 'bbc' voice and told them that they had just harrassed me, and if I wanted to, I could charge them all. To make sure I didn't sound vauge, and to convey an idea that I knew everything about law there is (in fact I know next to nothing, I am just good at speaking), I stated the exact laws they were in breech of: The 1986 Public order act, section 5, stating that it is against the law to use disorderly behaviour within the sight or hearing of a person likeley to be caused harrasment, alarm or distress as a result of this behaviour. They had no defence as I could prove all of the things I had to if this ever went to court. It was also anti-social behaviour, and breeching the peace. I told them that I knew where four of them go to school (which I do) and that I would be able to identify them and if I took immediate action, the police would find all of them so I wouldn't have to go all sherlock holmes on thier asses. Their smirking died down, and I walked off with my blood having turned nearly into pure chemicals. I love being a boffin.
The best part about it, is that he only reason I know that law, is because I have been studying a case about that particular law.. for.. absolutley ages.

London- Well, I know it is the first time you've travelled alone, there is a first time for everything and if you have the opportunity to go, then why not. But I'd plann it, otherwise you'll end up doing loads of really crappy things, unless you enjoy getting lost, travelling accross London's noisy, dirty and smelly underground to end up in some really touristic shop where all you can buy is those stupid little plastic union Jacks and mini London busses. I have been to London numerous times, and half of them have been spent standing in a packed tube train, staring at the rude creature next to me who keeps staring at me. The other half have been fantastic, fun trips. There are some obvious things to do, like the London eye and stuff, but there is a science musium which was really cool and had a massive dinosaur as well as a life size model of a blue whale. Btw, is next summer, this summer, or the summer of 2010?

Bye :D

We will stop these tourist killers.

I have decided some deviation from my usual, by posing today, because I felt like it. Also, for some ultra cool reason I have no school for the next four days. Anyway, I'll begin with this week, where on wednesday Barack Obama was celebrating his 100th day as the president. Of course, I still remeber the blogs we wrote when he was first selected and 100 days seems and awfully long time ago considering that feels as if I wrote it about five minutes ago. Unfortunatley, the fact it seems the world is just getting over him (although the media still insists of shoving down stories about how he bought a new pet fish and what toothpaste he uses e.t.c.) raises questions about if he is fullfilling his role of the president of the untited states of america. But, I personally don't think we've given him enough time to discover if he is a peice of stainless steel or waiting to rust, if that makes any sense what so ever. But let's look what history has shown us; Hitler: (Please don't misunderstand the fact I am comparing Hitler to Obama xD) I doubt anybody could become a world hate figure in 100 days apart from George Bush. And I beleive that Barack Obama has been much better than George Bush ever was through-out his entire career. I mean SO much better. For a number of reasons: He doesn't declare war on 'trrists' every time you say hello to him and, more importantly, he has completed evolution. And I really had no idea, why he kept on declaring a war on tourism; I myself have been a tourist and I did not appreciate how I was a branded killer for being a tourist:

we will stop these tourist killers
But back onto Hitler, I have proen that my maths teacher, is in fact Hitler. Hitler began breaking a few rules, like making an army (as germany was banned from doing so after WW1) Then he moved onto worse things, yet the surrounding countries were hesitant to intervien. It took something ridiculous for anyone else to think 'should we stop this guy?'. That is exactley my math's teacher. Let's just compare WW1 to her getting her job, don't ask why, other than they were both terrible and led to the death of millions of children (that is, of course, not to attempt to play down the seriousness of WW1 in any way). Then she begins breaking a few rules, but no other teachers will intervien so long as they are cosy.
So I have rambled for quite a while about.. well technicaly, nothing, but anyway, I have one more thing to do: Les questions:
Longest without sleep: I never sleep. Well.. ok maybe I do, but to be honest I have no idea. I think about three days when I was in cornwall with mates.
Longest sleeping: I think your 12-14, is my equivalent of a nap. I would therefore have to conclude the longest I ever slept is probably a number of years.
My own question: Well, I already speak every language ever made ( I wish), and I can already fly (on an areoplane), I can already read minds (My own mainly being the key point in that), and I can already beat anyone in a fight (mainly because I am a very quick runner); meaning I am left with the reduntant and rather amusing skill of being able to breath fire. Although, given the choice I would chose all of them.
My new question: Although I could ask 'do you think Barack Obama has done a good job so far' I feel like something different... hmm.

Some considerable time and many seconds later:

A challenge, because people seemed to like them: I challenge you to see how many dry crackers you can eat in two minutes and film it. If you can't or can't be bothered to do that then I challenge you to see how many times you can fit the word: superfluous, in context into your blog. If you do both then brilliant. I know that's cruel, but sorry xD
That's all for today Bye!

The fire breathing, mind reader (60th blog EVA!! innit do!)

Howdy, Firstly, I am hyper and secondly, once again I have had another neglectfull week, by not even turning on my computer all week. This is mainly as a result of absolute and complete exhaustion from school, I've just gone back after a break and we our school decided it is a good time to throw us in the deep end and start GCSE's a year early. I still have hours of homework to do and a detention for not completing homework.. arghhhhh
I don't know what happened to chris this week, but I hope he'll be back next week. However this means that I only have one question, meaning this blog will probably be even shorter and crappier than my last blog which I even forgot to title.
obsessions- I tend to swing from things to things, to the extent at some points I end up balancing way too many. In the past I have studied phsychology, music.. in fact there are many more but I can't think right now. Anyhow, right now it is probably languages, becuase I just love cultures and I want to travel when I'm older. I am learning more french because of our holiday when I will be going to france. I am actually watching 12 angry men in french right now (brilliant film) which I think would be translated as '12 fache hommes'.
My question: if you could have any of the following, what would you chose (only one): an instant foreign language (native ability), the ability to fly, the ability to breath fire, ability to beat anyone in a fight or the ability to read minds?
Bye, say y'all next wayk :D

Easter soon :D

Hello world! You probably haven't heard from me in a while, mainly because I have been so busy procrastinating with things. On the brighter side however, I've learned to cook rice really well, and it doesn't go lumpy, soggy or sticky :D
Also I've finished with my Japanese course, which was, to put it simply, EFFing amazing.. and also very inspiring. I even bought a Japanese lunchbox thing and some chopsticks and now I'm gonna learn some Japanese; which reminds me, Emma make sure you don't forget to remind me to learn some swedish or I will forget :D
Ok, that has pretty much been my week so now I am gonna answer some questions and move onto our theme.. We are just trialing this..
I asked myself, what am I doing over the holidays? Nothing much, chill, celebrate Easter (It confuses me why our country, and america, have adopted thier countries religion's festivals as a national thing that everyone does, religious or not, but still, presents for christmas and chocolate for Easter, what's there not to like?) I also have tons of homework to do :-(
Do I eat anything special over Easter? I can't think of special food.. Chocolate.. and thats really it. Oh, this Easter I am eating lots of chinese/ oriental food that I'm learning to cook, because it is fairly healthy and tasty.. the only tasty & healthy thing I have ever come across. I think that answers what the questions asking, but I'm not sure.. Let me know :D
Wow.. Chris' question was very long.. but probably better than any questions I could come up with right now xD
I have never celebrated Easter in another country so I will answer the second part of the question: Is easter a big deal in my family? hmm.. Not massive but fairly normal.. we used to have massive Easter egg hunts and hide all the eggs, but this year.. none of us re that young any more xD.
When I get older, will I continue with family traditions? I don't know.. Maybe, depends..
My quesiton (S)
1) Do we think we should keep the themes? (I vote no, and btw, who is theming next week.. I presume it's Emma?)
2) I need your advice.. I wanted to move abroad when I am older, but I am now thinking of becoming a barrister, however, I know (or think) that there is no other legal system (The English one) I'd rather be one in, and if I decided on another one I would probably hae to learn another language.. I might be able to do it very well, but I have, when I try at least, a natural instict with the English language, that I have developed over my entire lifetime, that I don't think I would ever be able to develope in another language, at least not quick enough to go to uni in that country and get the qualifications to become a barrister there. So what should I do?
3) What job do you want to do when your older and why?
I know that's a lot of questioning. but sorry.. and I know it doesn;t really fit the theme either.. sorry..
Bye!

Themes and stuff.. interesting & Hello two week break!!

Thank God it’s Friday! I’ve now broken up for two weeks! But I have crap loads of homework, because the teachers think it’s ok to give us 5000 word essays on our holiday.. Like seriously from every single teacher we have like a 5000 word essay. But, I still have a holiday. Also I think I’ll steal Michiel’s stolen idea; That I’ll do a blog every day of April, Well, every day of the holidays. I’ll call it BEDEH (Blog Every Day Easter Holidays). So hopefully that will be on my blog.
Also, We all got together on msn and decided that we would try and theme our blogs, so this week is my turn to set a theme. It is really difficult to think of one, so.. Easter.. I have no idea what we can do about Easter, but we’ll see how it goes. So my question will be, do you get any break over Easter, if so what will you do in it?
Michiel also told me (if he’s reading- sorry for stealing all your ideas) that he has a button on his website where you just type in your email, then click on a button and then his blogs will be sent to your email. I was wondering if we could do that on here, and how we’d do that? If anyone has anyone knows how, or thinks that we shouldn’t do it then lt me know via email or twitter or comments or something.
Now, the questions:
Emma- I try to save for things, but I never succeed. I don’t plan on ever having to worry too much about money.. So, I’d rather ‘live for the moment’ and blow it all on books and stuff :D I suppose though that until I am rich it would be sensible to start saving money. Also, I have decided that it’s very likely I will end up as a lawyer, but I hope that’s before I do something like writing books or something (factual books), but anyhow becoming a lawyer means studying for a long time, and also quite expensive fees but when you do become a lawyer you get payed LOADS!!
Chris- I prefer non-fiction. I am a fairly factual person, I value information and treasure it more than money, so I love anything that fascinates me. I actually dislike a lot of fiction, mainly because I think if they are poorly written books then they’re just terrible! And I find a lot of fiction isn’t that good. Feel free to try and convert me, but for me fiction books are normally terrible or absolutely genious and the best book ever.
It looks like that’s all for this week, Bye!!

SATURDAY!! I HAVE MOCK TRIALLLSSSS!

I'm kind of back on the internet for half of the afternoon.
Chris send a link to a website, I wrote something about wanting to learn french, and something about how hard I worked in te mock trials. I also said that I wanted to know how I would do in this competition.
what are our views on polotics? It was then also said, and might I add on my behalf and on the behalf of all the other bloggers, that no matter what people said on thier views on poplitic we wouldn't judge them. Fair enough. But there are certain things that would be unacceptable: If one of us were to agree, that it was a good political decision to issue a fatwa on salman rushdie to be killed by any Muslim, and that muslim would be excused in the muslim comunity, Just because of a book he wrote expressing his opinions about Islam. Then I would hold that against them. If somebody said that they agreed with the pope, likening homosexuality to our depleting forests, then also I would have to hold it against you. If you were to say that Hitlers polotical dicisions were just, or that mogabi's running of zimbabwe is wise polotics I would have to oppose. As a person with a brain, I respect people who have views different to mine, but when they are as ill in formed as that, there are boundries. Ok, perhaps I'm being picky, I didn't really think anyone in here would agree with, for example, what the pope said. Or that there are any hitler worshippers among us. But seriously onto my view on polotics? I think that people should be allowed to do what they want to do, as long as it doesn't impede on anyone elses rights. I think that George Bush was dumb, I think that Gordon Brown is boring. What else is there to say?
I think emmas question was, about how would we change if we found out when we were going to die or something.. I would.. focus more.. I dont really know to be honest. sorry.
Then Emma asked, what do I like to do when Im feeling a bit ill? Normally sleep, but I like to do that even when I feel well.
Would I be the same without internet? simple answer. No. What would I do if it wasn't here? Well, chris, if you could travel into the paralell universe, where that does actually happen, then please tell me, because I don't know how and I have absolutley no idea whatsoever I'd be doing. Prehaps I might develope a friendship with a block of cheese.. I would go insane.

My question will be.. How did you enter this internet community? And wish me all luck for saturday, I will be first defense lawyer. I'll tell you all about how the case went, and what the case was perhaps over the weekend or next friday. BYE!!!!!

Grey with black stripes..

YAAAAY!! BECCA HAS RETURNED. I think it is becoming tradition for me to state the obvious. I'm not planning on stopping today. I'll begin with this week.. hmm let's think, I got a card from chris!! I made a video, and the audio completley messed up and I couldn't really reshoot it, the main reason being I was speaking quite quietly because I have been really tired lately.. I just hate school and I have been ill. Today at school I had an activity day, where we have to do all these fun activities, there was rocket making, cake maiking, remote controll car building water studies... that last one just kills it dead. That last one is a scratchy record sound on some violiny romantic music. It is a bird crap on a ferrari, a blotch of paint on a beatiful painting.. and guess what. I had it for TWO FRICKING HOURS. And the other one hour I was making a paper rocket, where it was stuck over a tube and you'd build up the psi, and then press a switch and POP pweeywooooommmm (CRASH!!). And, being the only one in the entire class who knows even a thing about aerodynamics and the only one who wasn't just rolling a bit of card into a cone, I won the competition for the distance it travelled! That was really the highlight of the day. Apart from right before the plane lesson, in fact I will do it in a third person view ( I think this is third person, I dunno?)
Sam knocked on the door and a furious yell came from the automatically open door and went 'GETTTT OVER THERE!!!!!!' the sound screahced whilst waving his hands as high in the air as possible, just now bringing his hands into eyelevel of Sam, thus alerting him of as to where the niose was coming from. Sam looked down and wiped the spinich of his knees. 'GEEEETTTTT TOO MY OFFICCE, NOI!!' puffed the creature, to which Sam replied 'please sir, don't beat me again!' but, fortunatley didn't say it out loud. Upon instructions to find this creatures office and not knowing where this might be, he wondered around the school, missing half of his rocket making lesson, and eventually encountered the creature again. 'WHEEH DID OY TEW YEW TO GA 'AH?' to which Sam replied 'your office?' to which the creature said, and I quote, 'blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah, blah..' eventually, Sam having learnt this creatures language just from the two minutes of listening to him, he understood 'SAA, TELL MOY, WOY YOO WOZ BANGIN ON THE DO-ER LOYK UN ANIMAL.' to which sam laughed. 'YOY ARE JOWST A SYOWPID LIH-AL BOY! GET OUTA MOY FOYCE. NOI!' the creature laughed.
For those of you who follow my tweets, will have already heard about this. well, obviously not all the little details. hmm, I guess I like to think of that version of perhaps a slightly.. urm. I dunno, maybe HD version.
Ok, perhaps a bit too long to be introducing this week, but anyway the snow thing. I feel like all my dignity is gone, I feel like I have been raped.. in the face! shit, I am hyper. I mean, damn I am hyper. Anyhow, the snow thing, there are two reasons I have for this. I hate snow. If you still think this is unjustified, read this link and then disagree with my rights to hate snow eternally: http://sam-gurney.blogspot.com/2009/01/why-white-christmas-is-shite-christmas.html. reason number two: England doesn't cope well with snow, if a drop of rain falls we can garantee buses will be late, which is inconvenient when you live in england.

(note to self: don't complain about English weather infront of canadians or swedish people. EVER! )
anyhow, England shrivels up and dies if there is snow. I could explain this, and having already written LOADS, and liking Emma's video idea, I'll add a video of the English Jeremy Clarkson explaining this English snowmophobia, where if there is snow the country grinds to a halt.

But youtube won't let me, because embedding isn't allowed, but I'll give you ANOTHER LINK! : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qrz5ZFwuh28

QUESTIONS!!!
FAVROUTE FRUIT? Melon, no question about it. I loves me melons!!
PLANS FOR SUMMER? well, It will be an interesting one! First of all, I will be going on a bike treck with my friend george, across from one end of England to the other, for the gambia!!! It will be crazy, but we will be filming it so, you'll hear about that!! Then I will be going hopefully to france, in the hope by then I will be able to speak better french.
WHAT NAME WOULD I CHANGE MY NAME TO? There are many. Dan Druff, R. Slicker or Lynne c. doyle. I can never keep a poker face when eading them I have much worse ones where they came from.. call on me to make a joke of that.
I will be thinking of you all, Bye.
No wait.. my question.. hmm I think as last weeks challenge was a bit of fun. So, another much easier challenge, I want you to answer any question you want, but don't tell any of us what it is, so we have to guess from your answer, what question you are answering. But don't make it too obvious, like 'my name is sam' cos then you know what the question was. get it? And then after that, everyone has to guess what they think your question was. btw, sorry about how long this article is!!
my answer: I don't have one, they are a bit like a set of about ten. But they are grey with black stripes!
